The Series 6000 Extension VII Sound Effects Library is another fine addition to your broadcast wav collection. The original masters for this stand-alone set of DVDs were recorded at 16 bit / 44.1 kHz, and the DVDs are available in the same three broadcast wav file formats as our original Series 6000 DVD Combo (16 bit/44.1 kHz, 16 bit/48 kHz, or 24 bit/48 kHz).

All of the WAV files have been embedded with improved metadata that is fully cross referenced for detailed and accurate searches in your asset management software, and our search software has been updated to include all 2,054 sound effects from Extension VII.

So, if you are using an asset content manager like Soundminer® or Pro Tools®, you can simply download the digital audio files from these Sound Ideas DVD ROMs to your hard drive and use your content manager's drag and drop feature to begin working immediately with them in your production.
