HD - "High Definition" - 24 Bit / 96 kHz

For the past 3 years, our engineers have been busy - really busy. We sent them out into the field with state-of-the-art recording equipment and super high quality microphones, and told them to start all over again to create a completely new General sound effects library. This collection features brand new recordings - all originally made at 24 bit / 96 kHz - so you get the very best in crisp, clear, high definition sound.

More than 25,000 sound effects (over 150 hours of audio - that's more than 7 days!) Published on professional quality hard drives, formatted for either PC or Mac Multiple USB & Firewire connection interfaces Supplied as 24 bit / 96 kHz broadcast wav files, embedded with fully cross referenced metadata for detailed and accurate asset management searches Each hard drive will also include 16/44.1, 16/48 and 24/48 versions

Ready to Use in Your Asset Management System!

De Wolfe has prepared this fully digital product on hard drive as original broadcast WAV files. The library's metadata is already embedded in the broadcast WAV BEXT containers, ready for easy access.

So, if you are using an asset content manager like the MetaDigger software, you can simply download the digital audio files from the hard drive to your system and use MetaDigger to display, search and export their metadata information, audition the audio content and perform other functions with wav or mp3 files. It's that easy - the ripping and metadata work have already been done for you.
